Laughing Matters: Theatre Workshop combines theatre exercises with improvisational dance, releasing us to explore our artistic selves. Laughing Matters brings people together to laugh, play, dream, dance and create. Director Katina Andoniadis’ favorite style of theatre is improvisational. Many people associate improv with gags and punch lines but improv is being spontaneous and true to the moment, wherever that takes you. It can be hysterically funny, or deeply poignant. The idea is to be real. The experience is exhilarating in that it asks the participant to find what is True right there in the moment. A Laughing Matters workshop is a time for playful exploration and joyful discoveries. Come laugh, play and dance with us! Katina has been putting on shows since she was a small girl.
